READY TO GET STRONG IN MIND, BODY AND
AT MIDLIFE?

As a coach with a passion for helping women discover their fitness journey, I'm excited to introduce you to All Kine Woman my 12-week wellness program designed specifically for women in their midlife years. 

 

With a focus on fitness, nutrition, hydration, sleep goals, and more, we'll work to help you achieve your healthiest self. Together, we'll evaluate your fitness and nutrition needs and create a personalized plan that addresses your individual requirements. 

 

Our personal training sessions will take place three times a week, where we'll focus on building a foundation of fitness fundamentals. As we progress, we'll weave in nutrition education and develop healthy eating habits to help you level up your overall health and wellness. 

 

As we progress with fitness and nutrition, we will explore your sleep habits, stress management and how you care for yourself in the coming weeks. 

 

By the end of our 12 weeks together, you'll have a better understanding of how fitness, nutrition, hydration and self care  work together to promote vitality and longevity.

But it doesn't stop there. At my coaching program, we also focus on the often-overlooked areas of hydration, sleep habits, and self-care. By leveling up in these areas, you'll be amazed at how much better you feel overall.
