I'm Joanna! 
Your Midlife Wellness Trainer

As a Coach who has spent nearly two decades in the fitness industry, I've witnessed firsthand the obstacles that women encounter as they enter their "midlife" years. It's a daunting task to maintain fitness, stay active, live well, and be healthy while dealing with physical and emotional changes as we age.

 

Women in their 40s, 50s, and 60s require a distinct approach that acknowledges their individual needs and objectives as midlife women. 

 

Having assisted numerous women in discovering their fitness path, I am thrilled to apply my knowledge and expertise to my own personal brand,

MY 12-WEEK MIDLIFE WELLNESS PROGRAM

As a coach, I understand the many responsibilities that make taking care of ourselves a challenge.

 

I wanted to create space to recognize the unique needs of midlife women who want guidance towards better health and wellness that enhances the way they are living their daily lives.  

 

Through my program, you'll gain the education and support to age gracefully, beautifully, and strong. 

 

From personalized fitness and nutrition  to mindset coaching, this program is relevant to the busy lifestyle you lead that will allow you to take care of yourself while you are taking care of others. 

 

Joining All Kine Woman means joining a community of like-minded women who are committed to prioritizing their health and wellness. 

 

Together, we will navigate the challenges of midlife and emerge stronger and more confident than ever before.

WHY I DO THIS

I recognize that there are so many of us women who just can't figure out how to get fit and healthy. That taking those first few steps are really hard when you do it alone.

I recognize that it's hard to start a fitness routine when you don't know where to start.

I recognize that it's super intimidating to step into a gym and figure out what exercises to do.

I recognize that getting healthy is overwhelming when there is so much in your lifestyle that might have to change.

I recognize that you need a safe place to learn the how and the why in taking care of yourself when it comes to your health, wellness, and fitness.

My desire is for you to be informed about what can help you take better care of yourself.

And if you choose to have direct guidance from me, I'm here for you whether it's at your home or at my gym.

All Kine Woman is a 12-week wellness program that concentrates on  fitness, nutrition, hydration, sleep goals and individual requirements for a woman in her midlife years. 

 

We begin with a comprehensive evaluation of your fitness and nutrition and then develop a personalized plan that caters to your specific needs.

 

Throughout the program, you will receive continuous support, guidance, and motivation to help you achieve your goals.

 

As you progress through the program, we'll be there to offer continuous support, guidance, and accountability to guarantee that you remain on course and accomplish your objectives in a way that is uncomplicated, easy to implement, and enjoyable!
